Pilgrims menu

Pilgrims menu: After a day of walking it is very nice when you can settle in one of the most beautiful albergues along the camino Frances, where you can have your pilgrims menu and eat very well in addition to sleeping.

We often hear the stories of the pilgrim’s menu, always more or less the same and few vegetables.

We think it is important to do things differently and especially with local products. This applies not only to the vegetables and meat, but also to the wine we serve, these are all local products with which we help the producers in our region.

Our albergue is located in an agricultural area, where many residents grow their own vegetables. Just outside the village is a large greenhouse where we buy our fresh vegetables, fresh from the land and sustainably produced.
